There is no cost for a consultation. THE FROG comes to you and helps you choose the window treatments for your space. We’ll help you make an informed decision regarding the type of window treatments, color, light control, and shape. We understand that our customers have a budget, and our team is committed to presenting options within your plan.

While we’re on site, we’ll measure your windows to ensure accurate design and to give a firm quote.

Once you place an order, you will be asked to pay a deposit. We’ll schedule an independent installer to survey the work and take production measurements. Your products will be unique to you and must be fitted.

 When we know the product is made and deliver scheduled for your job, we send the installer you already know at a time that fits your schedule. Any balance owed is due upon your acceptance of the work.

Custom window coverings are personalized products made to your exact specifications. If you have an oddly shaped window or a highly unique aesthetic, custom blinds or shades may be the best choice for you. Like a “bespoken” suit -style, color and fit are specific to your project.

We offer sophisticated products in every window treatment category in versatile colors, styles, textures, and materials to give you the best selection. You don’t have to choose the same type of window treatments for every room in your home or business. Sometimes selecting the same color is enough to unify the space. Don’t be afraid to use all your options.

Ready-made window treatments can be found at many a big-box retailers – Home Depot or Lowes. They offer products that can be bought immediately, cut to fit your measurements, and sent home with you. While these products are designed for convenience and an immediate need, you are responsible for the fit and installation.

THE FROG provides temporary, paper shades to our customers if they need privacy before their order can be produced.

Absolutely! Visualization is essential when it comes to deciding on fabrics for window treatments. Seeing colors, textures, and patterns in your space with your lighting, day and night, makes an incredible difference. When you schedule a complimentary in-home consultation (link to Lead Sheet)with our team, we’ll bring samples to your home or office to make your selection process easier. We can provide swatches to use let you compare how the window treatment will fit with other parts of your design project. If there’s something you’d like to see, don’t be afraid to ask!

Buying draperies or curtains that don’t have proper fullness or length are two of the most common mistakes we see among customers. You can avoid these by having us measure your windows accurately during a free in-home consultation. Installing new window treatments incorrectly is also a common mistake. THE FROG only quotes jobs that include expert window treatment installation.

We include professional installation in all our quotations to ensure your satisfaction with the results and your safety. Any product sold that THE FROG will not install will require a release at the time the order is placed whereby the customer takes full responsibility for the order and installation.

Good news! Caring for your window treatments is simple. Window shutters, blinds, and shades only require dusting from time to time. If cellular product has dirt inside the cell, just use a vacuum. If your blinds are soiled by accident, use a damp cloth to wipe them down. Never soak your window treatments in water, and always defer to cleaning instructions on the tag.

THE FROG offers customized window treatment solutions for windows and doors of all sizes and shapes, including skylights, sliding glass doors, and hard-to-reach windows. We won’t make you choose between window treatments that are too small or too large for your oddly shaped window. Allow us to customize your window treatments to your exact needs.

Well-designed window treatments are an excellent way to keep your home a little cooler during hot Texas summers and conserve your heating when the temperature drops. Blinds, shutters, and shades all allow you to control how much sunlight enters your home through windows. They add an extra layer of insulation that keeps the outdoor elements from affecting indoor temperatures. While adding a set of blinds isn’t a replacement for good home insulation, it can go a long way to maintaining a comfortable space.

Blackout blinds, with side channels, block all light from entering a room, which is ideal for a home theater or bedroom to promote better rest. We’re happy to install them wherever need them. Room-darkening treatments, no side channel, will limit the amount of light entering a room, but do not block it out completely.

All our manufacturer’s design blinds, shades, and hardware with the safety of children and pets as their number one priority! Blinds, shades and draperies with cords or looped cords made with shorter cords and cord loop lengths need to be evaluated for where they are used to eliminate the risk of strangulation for small children and pets. Cordless and motorized window treatment can solve some of these safety risks. Most window treatments can be motorized.
